Yesterday, we took Silas back up to the corn farm for some fall-themed photos. Unfortunately, he fell asleep in car again. We woke him up when we got there, but much like his mom, Silas is a slow "waker-upper." He looks a little shell-shocked in these photos, but he really did have fun. We bought a big pumpkin and some more delicious corn on the cob! Best corn we've had in Florida, bar none. We thought only New England had good corn!
Of course, at bedtime, Silas was feeling very photogenic. I pulled out the camera while he was eating his bedtime fig newtons, and he was mugging it up like crazy! He never ceases to crack us up!

Too cute! What does he think about the pumpkins? Are you dressing up for Halloween. Our first Halloween he was sick. Our second he had a blast at Family Fun Night as a cowboy. This year was his first year to help pick his costume. He's a pirate.
ReplyDeleteHe doesn't think much of the pumpkins, but we haven't started carving them yet. Maybe when he sees what is inside, he'll be more interested. We are dressing him up. He's going to be a skeleton. Our neighborhood goes pretty crazy for Trick or Treat. I hope he won't be too scared. :) Jake's going to be an adorable pirate!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie!!!! I've put all the pictures in my Silas folder for future remembering and bragging!!
